During last fifteen years I had been given the opportunity to work in several international construction companies. I had made my decision to work in Merks after learning about the organizing and managing the construction process in this company. I came to the conclusion that working style of Merks was similar as it was being done by the leading construction companies in Europe. In my opinion, Merks is the very first construction company that has established and created the traditions of European construction process management and organization in Latvia.
