Merks provides opportunities for self-expression to young specialists. Every year, within the framework of summer practice, students from Riga Technical University and other colleges gain valuable experience at the Merks Office and other sites.

The best of the trainees who had started working for us several years ago as assistant construction work managers now work independently as project managers.
