We take good care of our employees by ensuring the observance of norms specified in Labour Law and social guarantees.

 

Our employees are granted a health insurance policy, those working on building sites are also provided with an accident insurance policy. The employees whose work duties include visiting construction sites are insured against possible accidents. If necessary for work, they are given free calling minutes on the mobile phone, as well as a fuel limit. We support all types of educational endeavours of our employees, as well as grant study leaves and paid leaves for writing a graduation paper and taking state examinations.

We pamper our people – we organize a get-together at the Sports Festival in summer and throw a Christmas banquet at the year’s end.
