Merks is thinking at the city level, selecting the most appropriate location and architectural solution depending on the use of each building, developing infrastructure and the surrounding environment.

Merks has implemented and will continue to implement perspective and qualitative projects.

 

Among them, Merks’ projects in Skanste, Zaķusala and Lucavsala merit a mention as largest in scope for the development of Riga. In these new districts of Riga, it is planned to develop a construction over the territory of more than 40 hectares, by erecting multi-functional buildings representing high architectural quality. Here, Merks will create an accessible public space comfortable for work, recreation and living, by building convenient access roads and appropriate infrastructure of utility networks.

 

Experts are already regarding these projects as significant investments for the growth of Riga.
