The project is being developed in collaboration with ”ELL nekustamie īpašumi” LLC.

 

Lucavsala is another one of the strategically important, still unused, territories of Riga that Merks has intended to transform into an active environment.

 

In the area of 3.7 hectares, lying next to one of the liveliest thoroughfares of Riga – Salu tilts – we are going to build modern residential and office buildings.

The development concept of Merks’ projects was drawn up by the Finnish architectural firms in collaboration with local specialists.

 

It envisages the office complex located in the territory adjacent to Salu tilts, comprised of two separate building dimensions. There will be 390–420 apartments in the residential building complex.
