Merks has envisaged to improve and modernize Skanste – another extensively used part of the city, heretofore overlooked but strategically important for Riga. This is the place where your ideas can take shape – in the form of your company’s office building, residential building or structures of public nature.

 

Skanste lies next to the so called silent centre of Riga – over the territory of 28 hectares, Merks will develop seven new sections of the city, by constructing buildings with the total area of approximately 600 thousand sq. metres. In Skanste, a new city is being erected that will include not only modern buildings, but also a new network of streets, engineering and communication systems, and infrastructure.  Merks is at work designing the Riga of tomorrow, and you have the opportunity of joining us in shaping those new features of the city together.
