The work on this project represents a particular devotion and enthusiasm – a creation of the development concept for special territories like this one is a challenge, a significant career achievement and a testament to professionalism for any architect, designer and builder.
The plots of land on the embankment of Zaķusala are located on the island between the Daugava river and the Mazā Daugava river, south of Salu tilts (the Island Bridge):
• Cadastre No. 0100 051 0161, with an area of 72 668 m2;
• Cadastre No. 0100 051 0167, with an area of 8792 m2;
• Cadastre No. 0100 051 0162, with an area of 44 602 m2.
The permitted use in accordance with the graphical part of the Riga Territorial Plan 2006-2018 and Regulations regarding the use and build-up of the territory – the territory of mixed build-up with the primary use of land being the construction of multi-storey residential apartment buildings, business establishments, commercial/service objects.
Permitted number of storeys:
-plot of land with Cadastre No. 0100 051 0161 — 18-24 storeys; in one section – 25 and more storeys;
- plot of land with Cadastre No. 0100 051 0162 — 7-9 storeys; in one section – 18 and more storeys;
- plot of land with Cadastre No. 0100 051 0167 — 18 and more storeys.
