Merks Kickstarts the Construction and Sale of Apartments at Its First Residential Building Project in Pardaugava

Merks Magnolijas is the very first project that Merks construction company is developing in Pardaugava. It will be located at Sampeteris, Skrines iela 6. In the first phase of the project 2 energy efficient 3-storey buildings with 96 apartments will be built with completion planned for the summer of 2023.

Merks construction company is responding to buyers’ needs and wishes by expanding its offer of residential buildings to the left bank of the Daugava River – the picturesque Sampeteris area. At the moment apartments located in the first building of the 1st phase of the project – 48 two to four-room apartments at the initial price from 114,000 euro – are available for reservation.

“We’ve made a strategic decision to expand the range of apartments offered by Merks and to start the construction of our 1st residential building project in Pardaugava. Merks Magnolijas will have functional apartments with a total area between 58 and 103 m2 that take every little detail necessary for living into account,” says Mikus Freimanis, Head of Real Estate Development at Merks. “These will be dream houses for people who want a harmonious environment away from the city noise as well as apartments of top quality and comfort. This is not a densely built-up area which makes it more cosy and makes its residents feel like they live in a private home. The demand is high with the first apartments being reserved already in the first days of announcing the project to the registered prospects.”

Merks Magnolijas apartments will be available with full high quality interior finish. 2.90 m high ceilings as well as balconies or private terraces with an area of up to 11.8 m2 featured in every apartment will give a sense of spaciousness. There will be special common areas for strollers on the ground floor. The project area will be closed and fitted with surveillance systems for the sake of convenience and safety of its residents. There will be a modern playground for children and a recreation area for parents by the water right next to it. The project will also offer outside parking spots for sale.
