Completed Construction Works for the Rental House in Cēsu Street

The multi-apartment house in Cēsu Street 9, in which there are 62 modern 1-5 bedroom rental apartments, including 2-floor apartments, has been commisioned for operation. A special glamor for the 7-storey building is provided by wide terraces and balconies, the dimensions of which for centre apartments are unusually large.

Cēsu Street, which is in the city centre, at the same time is also a quiet branch of Brīvības Street, moreover, in the apartments there is carefully thought of a sound insulation in order the city noises would not disturb the apartment dwellers. In a backyard a children playgroun is installed, and there are convenient underground parking lot for 48 cars.

The total area of the design is 6371.3 m2, residential area – 4294 m2, but dimensions of apartments are between 45 – 137 m2. The solutions used in architecture, display the currently actual tendencies – natural stone, wood, glass, concrete.

The design developer is “Citystar group”, project author – architect office “Nams”, general constructor of construction – “Merks”.
